Scope

Conduct sales activities to meet the company's sales target in direct solutions and service sales.

Possesses sales experience in direct selling from mid to large enterprises on enterprise business solutions.

Responsible for maintaining the current customer base as well as building a pipeline for new business generation.

Responsible for maintaining good relationship with existing and new partnerships.

Qualification & Experience

Degree Holder with 6 years of proven track record in IT Industry, focusing on mid-large enterprises preferably in the Healthcare, Education and/or Telco industry

Experience in enterprise solutions sales such as Business Intelligence, Datawarehouse, EAI and/or Knowledge/Content Management would be an added advantage

Results-oriented and self-driven with demonstrated success in the IT industry

Good knowledge of market intelligence, research and business statistics

Must be comfortable dealing with the "C" Levels of senior management within enterprises and have demonstrated the ability to develop solutions and drive revenue in complex account situations

Strong listening skills so as to tailor presentations and proposals to the unique audience without paradigms about what they should hear about Firium offerings

Consistently achieved no less than 100% of revenue target of not less than S$2 million

Exceptional executive communication, presentation, negotiation, analytic and conflict management skills, with a high commitment to customer satisfaction

Able to maintain and commit on a monthly and quarterly basis a forecast accuracy of no less than 80%

Consistently increasing sales funnel report of 5x of sales forecast

2. Senior Consultants / Consultants

Scope

You are required to provide both business and functional consultation to clients, understand clients' business requirements, as well as lead and manage consulting teams in the implementation of projects at clients' sites.

Qualification & Experience

Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering.

3-4 years' experience in Financial Planning, Internet Banking, EAI, datawarehousing, etc preferred

Ability to design and architect application systems based on user requirements

Technical knowledge of J2EE and ability to perform sound database design (RDBMS)

Knowledge of C++, HTML, DHTML, XML, XSL ans SOAP would be an added advantage.

Experience in Project Management / Team Leading (managed or led 1-2 successful system implementation projects).

Familiar with standard SDLC and Package Implementation Methodology
