Management Challenge
Being one of the leading wealth management banks in Singapore, SCB aims to provide multi-channels interface with their clients. One of the key channels is the Bank’s Internet Portal that enables customers to perform self-service functions. Inline with its business strategy, SCB wanted to revamp its online unit trust transaction system to incorporate more customer friendly interface and functions.
Our Solution
Firium was able to meet SCB’s requirement by implementing the Avantrade Portal within a 3 weeks time frame. In addition to providing SCB with a transactional portal, Firium also provided SCB with a console to manage its portal content and aggregate other informational feeds. |
